How underinvested are you?
Average corporate wellbeing spend in the UK is less than 0.05% of the average salary (!!), yet the form that people operate on at work each day has a significant impact on their overall productivity.
It is not just employers that drastically under-invest in what is needed to get the best out of their employees, very often we all under-invest in ourselves. We don't prioritise investing in the things that enable ourselves to be on good form, and that has a meaningfully negative impact on how productive we are. That said, we don't tend to underinvest in ourselves as dramatically as many of our employers do!
