How underinvested are you?

It is not just employers that drastically under-invest in what is needed to get the best out of their employees, very often we all under-invest in ourselves. We don't prioritise investing in the things that enable ourselves to be on good form, and that has a meaningfully negative impact on how productive we are. That said, we don't tend to underinvest in ourselves as dramatically as many of our employers do!

Helping employees to find their form and understand how to perform at their best is an investment they will personally value which also has a very high ROI.
