About us

We Are Passionate About Potential

Our Mission: To Create Cultures of Personally-Owned Performance

Making a difference each day matters. Life is too short to squander time going through the motions. Our goal is to create cultures where individuals take responsibility for owning their performance, and organisations know how best to support them.

Meet the leadership team.

OwnLife Analytics Ltd was founded in 2020 to create a unified approach that combines data, technology and analytics, with psychology, behavioural change and leadership development.

Jason Batt

Jason's background is in data-science and quantitative research. After 20 years in investment banking and one major burnout he learnt a lot about what it takes to maintain peak-performance in high-pressure environments.

The result of a major burn out in 2009 was a realisation that thriving in high performance environments was formulaic and something I could control.

Transferring quant research methodologies from my background in algo trading has enabled us to develop a unique, data-first approach to personal development that helps leaders crack their 'code' and perform at their peak without having to risk burning out.

Rupert Harding

Rupert has worked in leadership development for 20 years, as a coaching master practitioner, and studied, trained and qualified in many behavioural change disciplines. He is singularly dedicated to helping others live their best lives.

I have worked in leadership development for 20 years, as a coaching master practitioner, I have studied, trained and qualified in many behavioural change disciplines, I find myself singularly dedicated to helping others live their best lives.

In my 30 years in the workplace the single biggest interest for me has always been people. I am fascinated by human psychology and I have studied, trained and qualified in many behavioural change disciplines.
The deeper my work takes me into the psychology of change resistance the more passion I have for sharing how possible change is at all levels and I find myself singularly dedicated to helping others live their best lives.

I joined the advanced development programme at Chase Manhattan Bank, moving on to head institutional sales at Northern Trust. I then set up a head hunting company specialising in the recruitment of senior bankers and it was here, whilst continually helping people escape from situations of their own making, that I found my calling, the field of human development and behaviour change. I became fascinated by what creates great leaders and the secrets behind behavioural transformation.

I sold my company and joined a pioneering Organisation Development (OD) consultancy and spent 15 years developing my skills and understanding of behaviour change in an organisational setting. I qualified as a master practitioner transformational coach, coach supervisor and systemic team coach. My work also involved creating and delivering bespoke development programmes for senior leaders, focused on shifting their behaviours to create cultures that would enable strategies to succeed.

I progressed to leading the consultancy and when we sold to a large US organisation, I ran their much larger European consultancy business focused on strategy, leadership and culture.

Finding myself more and more removed from the coaching and behavioural change work I love, I made the decision to focus on an area that means the most to me, helping people be their best self.

Establishing OwnLife Analytics has enabled me to pour in all I have learnt around human resistance to change and co-create hybrid approaches that truly break new ground.

I came in with skepticism, but the programme has been really fascinating, I found it really challenging going deeper, seeing what the route cause is

Adam Storey - Finance Director

“I am much more conscious of my form and what I need to do to sustain it. I have really felt the benefits and have been sailing through tasks I would normally put off or deliberate on.“ CEO

I thought form was just my mood, good or bad, but there is so much more to it. I loved the data approach, complete lightbulb moments. I challenged my myths, I no longer shy away from difficult calls in the morning, and have opened up more time. It’s really exciting

UK COO

I really enjoyed the process of challenging my own beliefs. I am better at making the big decisions, I am less tired in the evening and have a new mindset about change. My family and my colleagues have noticed the difference
